Our Inventory

This website displays items that are available for purchase at our retail locations at the time they are listed. Inventory changes frequently, and availability or pricing may change at any time without notice. Errors in pricing or availability may occur.

Unless otherwise stated, most items we sell are pre-owned. These items were acquired through direct purchase from customers or as collateral from defaulted pawn loans and may show signs of prior use.

We provide one or more photos and a general description for each item. Photos shown are of the actual item for sale, but we cannot guarantee that colors or details will appear exactly the same on every screen. Measurements, weight, condition, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are approximate and subjective.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect items in person at one of our retail locations whenever possible before purchasing.

Brand names, product names, and trademarks are used for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

Jewelry

  • 14 days for full store credit

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee

All Other Merchandise

  • 7 days for full store credit

  • Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Tools

  • 3 days only

  • No exceptions

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in original packaging if provided.
  • Do not send items back without contacting us first.
  • Tools are allowed 5 days from delivery to test functionality.
  • If you do not contact us within 5 days, no return will be accepted.
  • After 30 days, no refunds or returns are allowed under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Issues

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details.

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, email coloradojewelry@live.com with the subject line “ONLINE Refund Request”. Please include the item details and your return tracking number. We will respond within 48 hours.
