This Website lists inventory available for purchase at our retail locations at the time of listing. Our inventory is constantly changing. The availability and pricing of any item are subject to change without notice. Availability and pricing errors may occur.
With certain exceptions, our inventory is comprised of pre-owned goods that were obtained by purchase from consumers or as collateral for defaulted pawn loans. The items generally display evidence of prior use. We provide one or more photos and a general description of the items listed. We encourage you to fully inspect any item if possible at our retail location prior to purchase. While we try to accurately describe all items listed, we make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, validity, or timeliness of such listings, descriptions, or images (including any features, specifications, or prices). Photos are of the actual items offered for sale at our retail locations; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or image will accurately reflect the actual item. The description of the item is subjective and all attributes, including weights, size, measure, color, and condition are as accurate as possible. References to product names, marks, or brands are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy IN-STORE on Jewelry is 14 days – Full Store Credit or 10% Re-stock fee on Refunds. All other items are 7 days – Full Store Credit or 20% Re-stock fee on Refunds. ALL Tools are 3 days ONLY.
On all ONLINE Purchases, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if given.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial or NO refunds are granted:
- Any TOOL. Online we give 5 days to TEST & ensure it operates to your satisfaction-IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT us NO RETURNS-5 Days.
- No Returns are accepted 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at coloradojewelry@live.com. Please title the email “ONLINE Refund Request”. Detail the item returned & tracking info, & we will answer within 48hrs.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to KG Merchants, LLC, 2275 S Kanner Hwy. Stuart, FL 34994.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE IT & NO TRACKING, WILL NOT BE COVERED.
